So, www.minMISS.info , is the site I made 2 days ago. Point was to put all nice chicks from my school on one site and let everyone vote - the one with mosts votes win the contest (on the first day, site had 70 UV ) without even making it popular, and yetserday 300 UV lolololol )

OK, that's not want I want - the situation now is a bit fucked up!
Some girls reported the site to the teachers and an ICT teacher from my school has traced my IP and told everyone it was me who made the site.

Now, the headmaster from my school knows that too and he said I'll be punished - suspended from lessons or something like that.

Now my question is - is it really illegal to take pictures from facebook & google and put them on one site? What did I wrong?
If you add your photos on facebook - everyone can use it.
They are a lot of sites that steal our information & photos without our permission.. Like for example if I google my full name i come across sites that I've never used or visited :/

Can someone help me please?
Which arguments can I use against my headmaster ?

Do this add a reference on the pictures saying where you took the pictures from and tell your headmaster that you have referenced the picture so its fine, its not called stealing if you reference the work of others.

Yes it's illegal. You can't just take photos from someone's facebook profile and use it for your own needs. It's just like snooping around and taking pics of women without their knowledge which is also illegal.

Did you ever think the girls, whose pics you put on your site, might not want to be a part of this so called popularity contest you have arranged on your site? You seem to have total disregard for other's feelings.
