Advertising My Site [Information Request]

Okay. I just started a site about 1 week ago. This site is called ragedneighbors.com.

It's a general forum site. There's just about everything there. Gaming, Warez, General, Etc. We have just about everything. I need some tips and tricks on how to advertise my site so that I will at least get a decent amount of traffic flowing to my site.

I am willing to post advertisements on my website and do a ad 4 ad deal with other members of this site that own a website. I have the ability to make banners if needed. I have a youtube account for the forum. Not going so well @ all.

I don't want spamming. I don't want to make enemy's by spamming several sites. I am willing to pay around 10 USD tops. I already spent well over 70 on the site and my custom theme is on my way.

I have hired someone to do the SEO correctly, which is already done. I need help. Somebody offer me some information. Throw deals at me. I really need some help here. Thanks everybody.

One way you can get some advertisements are from ad spots on other websites, im selling adspots on shortbusriders 3* on katz for only 5$.

Since your a warez site, you might wanna buy some uploaders, and submit those uploads to katz and other DDL's so the send you traffic.

Gaming and General are takes some hard work, you might wanna SEO, or just use youtube and other sites to get your out there.
