but remote uploading(for premium user) from their site is fast

How To Remote Upload with MAX SPEED to MU Guys, any one can please help me out how to remote upload with MAX SPEED to MU with free user! i do auto upload through an RL. but speed is hurting i get 200 - 500 kbps (MU) on an 100MB Shared Server at the same time i get 10Mb - 12Mb on FS and HF any possible way to Increase!
