You can try plesk has they do have a license for single domain use which is (Free). Plesk panel runs on both Linux/Windows Servers.

Actually, that's false there is only a nulled cPanel 9 which has alot of security loops in it. As far as I know cPanel 11 there is no nulled of it.

I think Webmin may be useful, but come on, spare a couple of extra bucks a month and you could purchase DirectAdmin or cPanel.
