Nameserver Error

I cant seem to point my nameservers to my new hosting...
It comes up this error, what does it mean

Nameserver [ns1.xclusive-host.com] doesn't exist at the registry

I don't know if it is because of the domain host or if it is something to do with xclusive-host...
I also bought hosting at 1and1 but i cant even use that because they didnt tell me for the minimum package i dont get any sql databases ... Really sucks as my site has been offline for 2 days now .. ive wasted money trying to sort it out aswell..

where is the domain registered? contact them and give them the nameservers to update on their end.

the domain is registered at tech-hosts..
I am going to transfer the domain over when i can get money in my paypal..
i just thought i would post this to see if anyone knew if there was anything i do before spending money and transferring.
no i got normal hosting
