[Help] Looking for a GOOD VPS

Hello,
There are so many hosting companies now, that it is getting too hard to decide which is good and which is poor. Mainly, i need a hosting for my websites (about 10 websites, 2 of them have warez linking).

Specs needed:
500gb of space (minimum)
1TB bandwidth (minimum)
2gb RAM (minimum)
cPanel
WHM (Complete Control)
SSH with root access
Fully Management
Located at Netherlands

Can be an VPS or Dedicated server... But most important thing to me is uptime and stable loading speed...

Im looking for a cheaper server...
Currently I have an VPS with the same specs above and I pay $48. The only problem is the speed... to slow! My budget is around $75.

I would like to hear some reviews of other hosts from their clients, not from hosts owners only.

i can give you RAM 1 Gb and 2 GB burst.
+ Bandwidth will be Unmetered

But first i would like to know what websites will you be hosting. like are they going to be streaming or warez HOSTING??

We have no problem with warez linking.
