Many of the file hosts have the points except no.2. Don't know any file host that actually pays for every single download, even from premium users.

hello friend duckload.com, honestly tell you that the payment system you have right now is excellent, no need to change. also if you desided to change .. need a lot of opinions, should not decide to change the system of payment only by a comment. Thanks.
