    Yeah seems the guys here are dumber than I give them credit for.
    Only thing I can come up with is because RS stopped their rewards programs and uploaders can't earn anymore, they hate it and complain about it over and over.

    If RS was fined back when their rewards program was still active, most people who replied would of said something along the lines of "that sucks".

    And yeah iMage, it does set a precedent, because very soon Hotfile and Fileserve, all those other filehosts that everybody seems to be praising for being the "best" will soon have these types of lawsuits to handle and then when they start taking measures like RS, they will be hated too. Guess that's just the way things move on. Sucks for RS though.

    Rapidshare has been dying since they removed the rewards system. Since then people have started using them less. All these monitoring requirements are doing is killing Rapidshare faster.
