[4.0.8] New Skin Errors/Questions

I just got a new theme called Magnetic for my website

It is very clean and well put together. There are some errors and some things that I need to do to clean this up more. There are pictures below provided with the "thing" I need fixed with a description.

That show's up with unregistered users.
Its a nice feature but how do I remove the image and edit the text?!

See the "view your recent conversations with Erick"? I would like to remove that to fix this issue or if there are any ways to move it to it's proper place that would be wonderfull.

I would like to remove the "whats new" and the "chatbox full" tabs so that my margins are not sliding off the page for my webpage. Besides they don't do much anyway.

4.0.5 skin wont work in 4.0.8.

Also ,dont use skinbox skins (vb) as they are not going to update them.

What? It works fine. Theres just a couple issues...
