Dont do unlimited plans, people complain a lot with unlimited plans. Just do some high availability plans
You have 2 1.5TB, assuming 1250GB space after installation, so 2.5TB total.....so between 125 people thats 20GB space and for bandwidth thats 122GB bandwidth each...but if its only capped at 15TB for the rest of the month then give them each a round 130GB since not all of them will reach that limit.

It will be better if you do that than give unlimited and rish having a guy use 2-3TB of your bandwidth in an afternoon, I have heard of it happening

If you go with NL that is offshore hosting, so you can charge around $10-15/month per user, but I would go with closer to $10 because the server is being shared between a lot of people.

So at max capacity thats $1250/month revenue, your cost is around $190-200/month so thats $1000 profit at full capacity, but you only need like 8-9% capacity to cover your costs which is great.
That should help out if you happen to get over on the bandwidth, you will have enough cash to buy more TB and restore your 1gbit connection.

regarding the people who do abuse unlimited hosting i am trying to get a addon created which instantly suspends a users accounts if more than i.e. 40GB worth of .rar/.zip/.bin/.iso ect... files go through the users account which rapidleech/rs2rs utilize there are ways to counter the abusers but clients who use it for legitimate reasons could use as much as they want *within reason* if you have a site that uses 100GB bandwidth daily you would need your own server then - simple.
