PNG-to-PHP
Straight to the point:
I have a .PNG image of a site I need to recreate (the original site is down now), but with minor adjustments so they don't look exactly alike.
I need a web coder to create the scripts in .PHP, not HTML, however, few PHP skills (a few is appreciated) is needed.

wrzc.orgYou can do it but it's a lot of work. You'd have to pay someone good to design and code a website based on the image. You can use the image and slice it and code it but you'd have to code the php from scratch. It's quiet a bit of work so wouldn't be cheap but is possible.

Guys, I'm not talking about a conversion process. I know it's not possible to magically convert an image into a .PHP file. I'm not stupid.
Of course I want someone to build the site from scratch.
I thought I was clear :/ sorry.....

LOL, thanks, I did find someone
And I rip because the main design is very nice; most features are changed... if that makes it any less guilty
