RAM: 256 MB and above.
Bandwidth: 150+ GB, unmetered if possible.
Control Panel: DirectAdmin preferred.
Root access must be given.
Must be able to hold a large amount users online at once.

I believe they have offshore NL/Sweden VPSs even though their site end in UK. They have a 50% of promo code right now for all VPSs. so the XEN512 plan will cost you $20 USD.
