PHP Coders {PHP, Curl, probably MySQL etc.)

Anybody know any really good PHP coders? Hopefully someone that knows several PHP languages like Curl and MySQL? I'm looking for someone to help me with developing a bot (I have some scripts already that I need help to correct and debug).

It's kind of a big deal for me, so I'm offering $$$ for coders

Well, it's much easier to explain when I can attach a photo, but okay, I need a script hooked up to my FTP server where I have files. I then need to be able to enter the names of the files in so the bot starts uploading the files at my command only.
