I need to make thumbnails like this on: http://img826.imageshack.us/img826/9678/lockeddown2010720pblura.jpg What is my question? So..I have direct links to some movies (700-6000mb size) and i wan't to make thumbnails of this files by any program that will download few parts of this video file (avi/wmv/mp4/f4v/mkv) and make the thumbnail without downloading full video.
