Any of you using a VPS from Santrex? Are they good?
I hear the Germany VPS's are good.

They are cheap, but their support is 0

Dunno what you guys are talking about......

I use a Germany VPS from them, and I get great support, when there's a problem. Although there never is one. Only downtime I ever experienced with them was when they were upgrading their VPS servers, I had some downtime for about 4 hours, other than that, none at all.

ive been using them for about a week. no problem. support is bad. but nothing u cant solve with some help from google and friends.

Santrex literally responds to my support tickets within 15 minutes every time. The support always fixes the problem or answers my simple questions with no problems.
