    Well there you go, it says theres no function called phprequire_once...which means...either the files corrupt and the spacing between <?php and require_once is fucked up some how, or your PHP installation is messed up.

    Bread is right I believe. Remove these 2 lines and retype them being sure to hit the enter (try 2 times) after the <?php
    <?php
    require_once '../../config.php';
