They took a months money off me on 16th July for my rapidleech package (payment for 24/7 - 23/8) - not a great amount but thats not the point.

Yesterday I tried to access my RL server only to bounce to some sedoparking page.

I submitted a ticket about the problem, first to be told 'Try now, its working fine' (it wasn't), then after another ticket I got "Unfortunately we're no longer running a rapidleech server".

Great customer care folks - couldn't you stretch to an email? 24 hours notice to remove my files and tidy up doesn't seem too demanding.

Also, you must've known you were cancelling the service when you took my money. As I said, its not a large amount of money by any means, but that sort of business practice isn't great.
