LOL! Why not banning their multiposters instead of IPs. Just by blocking HTTP/1.0 POST (which some old multiposter software use) I've managed to reduce spam by 50%.

If you still have spam, many webmasters have been sending sample posts with IPs to jayfella for him to ban the users posting fakes.

In viet nam Use VPS to post in forum, it's very cheap to get a VPS with hight speed internet and USA IP

I would recommend to block Vietnam ip range with htaccess. http://www.countryipblocks.net/

This would prevent new spammers. To eliminate old one I would recommend using http://www.besthostingforums.com/sho...d.php?p=832152
