    I believe if you host stuff like music, movies etc on your servers then you are more likely to get into problems. Just linking to RS, HF links would not get you into such hassles.

    But I don't really understand torrent sites. Why are they taken down so aggressively? They just host the torrent while the seeders actually host the files....
