So I need:
- Unlimited BW
- min. 30 Gb space
- min. 512 dedicated RAM
- Hotfile premium download working, Rapidshare download working
- RS/HF/FS Uplaod working
- min. 100mbps
- access via remote desktop with admin power

I want to buy for 1 year in advance, budget around $300 (can be discussed a little).
If I could get an invoice it would be better

$300 wasn't enough, you have to raise your budget.
About the 1 year dealing.
It's recommended to go for a provider who's have a registered office and exist at least 5 year on the market.
