this issues has been solved by staff

lets get this situation straight Ace and Dlow are not accountable the new owner didn't have to buy the sites but he did there for he took all responsibility of the clients and servers there for case closed its up to new owners to fix

and people complaining about there back ups
i tell people i host to take back ups at least every 3 days because servers die or crash basically Shit happens
so take it up with new host and move on and from now on take your own back ups so that way you dont have to count on others to do it for you that simple

so you mean to say that whatever happened to my money no one is responsible for it???so the best thing for everyone to do in the future is to scam people and sell the company quietly to another person without telling him how much money you have taken from clients and leave all the clients to shit

This is as ridiculous of a comment as Loget gave in the thread about Elio saying that Elio can even become and admin and delete all the account and nobody will be able to do anything about it

I dont care who has my money but i sure do want it, i am not even crying about my backups although the only reason i lost them is because my rdp was closed due to some kind of exploiting of accounts

mate the only problem is that Syfly says i didnt pay him, i paid ace and he has nothing to do with it and he is right as i dont think Syfly knew ACE had 3 month advance if ACE didnt tell him, also Syfly doesnt reply AT ALL and has refused to pay to my paypal claims

Okay let me explain a bit more

Suppose the hosting provided by a "respected" member - D, has a HUGE downtime. The clients say in the thread - plz fix , or plz give us an ETA of fixing. Now D contacts a mod, say M. M immediately removes all the negative comments (which are facts, i might add). So other members think - "hey, this thread has no negative feedbacks and the guy is "respected", lets buy his hosting."

Do u think theres any hint of accountability when the "respected" member knows, that the negative replies will be deleted, so he couldnt care less of the quality of service ??

My point - If positive feedback is allowed, y the fuck negative feedback isnt allowed ? What logic is this ??

you paid money to ACE, and not SysFlys, ACE ruined his hosting and sold it Big deal ? SysFlys paid ACE and bought it when it a fucked up condition only to help your people, but then SysFlys servers we null routed or taken down by the datacenter and the person responsible for this is ACE according to SysFlys.

Now, when the users are fucked up, and ACE is just sitting and enjoy thier money,why dont you just refund the clients when sysfls dsnt have money.
