SyFlys, don't be naive and try to pick on every little thing. TOS is never related to having the company registered or not, they were there, so they should have been followed.

GFXFire.com Max-Share.org WarezShares.comRegistered or not, there should be followed. According to his TOS he doesn't need to give his customer's a refund because it's 7 days already. But, ethically it's wrong because he had downtime, he lost all the data etc.
