budgetvds.com hilohost.com wdispatch.comActually, you failed has a webhosting provider cause there wasn't even any tos on your website stablelayer.eu for clients to read to so initial you owe them a refund. I believe someone asked you about this in a sales thread but basically you ignored them.
Is do the right thing refund this clients has they mostly likely paid to have good services they got cheated out there money. You can't say you even had terms of service there were no terms of service listed on your stablelayer.eu website. However you did advertised offering 30 day's money back if a client wasn't satisfied with your services.

Which also states that you'll offer 30 day's money back if client is unhappy with your services. So you've to refund all clients.
One word Refund them already most likely you probably already transferred all the funds you received into your bank account.
Search stablelayer.eu you Google then do a cache of your website you'll see there is no terms of services there or any refund policy.
Google Cache showing No links on main page of any Terms of Services Listed
