Can any one edit this simple php script to multiupload

Guys this is the simple script i ever have....

it is a nice script, mostly for newbie's like me(no need to do anything, simply upload this script to your server, then upload from other sources)

what i need is, it's have only one remote upload to our server box...so can any one modify it for me...
