What happened to this site, its almost October and no sign of opening back up

I cant seem to use it to remote MU links. i.e MU2MU MU2RS MU2MS MU 2 (every other host) doesn't work. This is really annoying as i have a premium membership there, i tried contacting support but i didn't get any response from them. Rating: 5
