Hi HostBass,
1) If you don't restart your business, there is a higher chance such events which this may reoccur. Am I right or wrong?
2) How will we truly know it will be from a friend from America, and not a Proxy User using a American IP?
3) So at the time the refund was not issued, is it possible it was a scam at that time? If not is there proof in which it was not a attempted scam gone wrong, and covered up?
I am just getting things straight. I don't want to have to believe you had ill intentions.
