If you have a money back guarantee then to be honest no matter how rude / dishonest they are you should. If you don't and only refund on good will then don't if you don't want to. If he disputes the payment make a quick TOS on your site and show that to paypal. Also say that we have a no-refunds policy on our site.

loget it's not "Nightmare's" fault he wanted to buy RDP nightmare gave him a test account also it wasn't lagging or shitting it was working fine ( as stated in thread ) so why would he refund the guy?? even if he make a thread against him (KWWH Mods FTW) lmao
