Any ideas how i can create my own radio and stream through my VPS cause my UL speed is really bad at home?

Yes you can , try shoutcast.

You can install shoutcast on any VPS and no you do not need offshore.

Yeah correct. I`d suggest to get cPanel and then get WHMSONIC

It is alright but WHMSonic is nice since it is cPanel integrated.
