Basically my aim is to run a small web hosting company (specilising in shared offshore web hosting, which allows warez linking).

First of all

1) I have no experience of managing a server
2)Would prefer cPanel and Fantascio
3)VPS or Dedicated.
4)Budget roughly 15$-35$ a month.
