At present I have a quote from some people and 1 is a clear winner but I thought it best to open it up to everyone and see who's interested.

I need a website creating, I have no experience of this but here's what the site needs.

It's a gallery site rather than a usual blog.
Admin can:

• upload images to the gallery
• remove comments

User should be able to:

• search the gallery
• add comments/ratings

The script doesn't need to be completely custom or anything, the design does however.

If your able to add some form of online chat feature and a music player that cycles through say 3-5 songs that's great, not needed but would be better.
