Sorry you have to use the webmaster area to request a re-rate as stated in the first post. Instructions are in the Webmaster Area and it's really easy to follow.

Oh ya I had to reject your re-rate request as your site isn't loading. Well it does in Australlia and Asia sometimes but doesn't in the rest of the world. I think you need to talk to your host about the problem. Their was another site with this problem and they just changed hosting company. I think it was Mr.KiLLeR and his site war3z.net who was having the same problem.

As for the Rejected Downloads list. Don't worry about them. Even if something is rejected you can still re-submit it. For example if something is rejected due to a bad title you can resubmit it the next day. Same think if you've reached the quote message.

OFFTOPIC: Probably should mention thanks to iFlames and localh0st for showing me http://just-ping.com and http://host-tracker.com/ which are useful for testing this stuff.

^^ Yes mr.happy, that was my site, it was due to host problems!

i changed the hosts and it was all set

Mr Happy my site loads fine always, Today my host was having problems with HDD and they were needed to back up data and stuff. That is the only reason you got this problem. Please unban my site and re-rate it. I have waited 2 months for a re-rate already.

I just did a check now and everything is back up in place. I have posted a screen shot below:
