VPS with allot of Bandwidth

i am looking for a decent vps with 2-3 TB of bandwidth (or even unmetered) with a budget about 20-25 USD max.

The use of it is for a radio station streaming @ 128 kbps (always preferring onshore host)

Any ideas of such vps?

if its legal you can use burst.net or buyvm.com or enotch.com very reliable onshore hosts

i just saw http://www.knowinservers.com/vps/linux-vps/usa-vps not sure if they can push their network to that much BandWidth consumption per month though

You said you needed something with 4TB of transfer between 204 and 25$, the onshore vps has 10TB and it costs 15$ with 512 ram...
