    Best 2 VPS providers I have used to far knowinservers and evoboxes.net but seedexpress.net is also great so I have heard (lots of good reviews)

    Knowinservers (unmetered 100mbit and 1gbit), evoboxes (unmetered 1gbit) and seedexpress.net (metered 10-15TB bandwidth)
