Suggestions for my New Website Please?

Hello guys?

I was thinking of creating a new website which is only dedicated to music leaks.. Albums and Singles, For Eg, I'll publish the leaks on the site.. maybe i was thinking i should create a page for a new leak everytime it comes out.. and also create pages for Single MP3 Listen or download, but i need to know?

what type of layout should i use?
should i try making a forum? (IPB or vB)
I have a brother who is a professional in .net.. maybe a .asp site?

Dont know how to choose? the site will be more about 0Day Music releases etc..

and i will be providing every Single from the album to be downloaded or listen first and the whole album thing..

So need the suggestions?

The idea is great..I guess a forum would imply discussions and community.

Ya, a WP blog would be best for it.

DOT COM is always the best domain, and a Wordpress blog as advised (very easy to use).
