Don't use a host from KWWH. Go with a real host. I have a server with iwebfusion.net. It will cost a bit more, but worth it. Hostgator is good. Burst.net is excellent as is iWeb

buying VPS don't with equal CPU share..find offer dedicated core you will be got good uptime like brust.net they offer dedicate cpu core.
