Shinjiru is slow and recently Ecatel has had a lot of issues and their support is worthless. You may wish to give worldstream.nl a try. They also have some pretty nice deals.

Well ecatel is supposedly the best when it comes to dedicated servers. But they have been having network issues recently.

Shinjiru has the worst speeds as far as I'm concerned.

I would recommend my vps host, but then everybody here would disagree since they had issues with their shared hosting plans. (It's Santrex by the way, but I would opnly recommend them for VPS's, I haven't tried them for anything else yet)

Avoid Santrex VPS... trust me on that. If you get one of their VPSes, you will only have trouble. I swear they stick over 15 clients to a server(i've been on and off with them 3 times and I always seem to get crappy VPSes).

- They limit IPTables, thus, CSF and other firewall based edits fail.
- Their CPU gets abused, I've even seen one of thier VPSes with 1 CPU and a server load of 5.0.
- Their support is a joke. I've had my VPS wiped once and they their reply was, "shall we reinstall the OS?"
