hey just want to know that how to use RU??mean in setting only RS option is there

In these days eh tried to upload files via ftp but do not appear in my account.

Use filezilla do not know if this is the right program because I follow all the steps to upload via ftp but I try to upload files such as 10 and in the end only 1 or 2 appear in my account
