i tryed many ppc and got banned from adsense and bidvertiser because i run a warez site. and so far... i earned most from blacklabelads.com it's adbrite but because i got adult content on my site too, they moved my acc to BLA. best one for me atm.

you can try xtend media but i get more from adbrite.

the only good thing xtend has and adbrite hasn't is that they pay via paypal on the next month, adbrite needs 2 months to pay via check.
