its taking about 168 ram and its not runnign properly i want to uninstall it anyone idea how to o that via using putty?

# cd /etc
Debian: # dpkg --remove clamav*
Redhat/Fedora: # yum remove clamav*
Mandriva: # urpme clamav
Gentoo: # emerge -C clamav
FreeBSD?: # pkg_deinstall -f security/clamav*
Slackware: # /etc/rc.d/rc.clamav stop; removepkg clamav

Like said above, let us know how you installed it. If you installed it via cPanel it is fairly easy to uninstall.
