High server load daily (same time) - 3PM GMT+0

I'm using Servedome Vps and i'm having highload daily at 3PM GMT+0. I checked and stopped all crons job but couldnt resolve that issue. Anyone having same problem ?

Hotfile-zone.com is using servedome vps? i ask because they are having highload like me and same ip rate

Tell them to check if someone is abusing the Node

Also make sure you upgrade apache to latest 2.2.x if you are using 2.0.x series. Apache 2.0 kills the server. Hotfile-Zone was having that problem.
