    In bulletin I believe it's admin cp then vbulletion options then user banning options. Enter the URL in the word filter

    My mod LinkzBot bans file hosts on a forum. You can just enter a certain image host to ban instead of a file host as that will prevent the post being made.

    If you use a censor like the others suggest your site will be full of useless posts of censored image links.

    I agree with killer as that mod dont work sence 3.1.2 so personal I wouldnt use it. Mr Happy should really serious consider to update for the latest IPB version as it was a very nice tool.

    The most simple way is to use the already builtin whitelist or blacklist. Then you create a post that state what filehosts are ok on your site or not depending on your choise. Be sure to test it first with some example posts so you know it work as you want. The settings is found in ACP/System/Tools & Settings/System Settings/Forums/Topics, Posts and Polls. Look under "URL Filtering Options"...
