rapidspeeds is euro based (NL if I'm not wrong), then you wont get a high upload speed, that's totally normal.

CuraShare.Net CuraShare.Me CuraShare.InfoIf I'm not mistakin, HF had bad peering to EU datacenters.
EDIT: And try to use the [SLIDE] tags next time, its not that hard once you tried it

FusionWarez.info SmokeHost.net Leechers.coHey,
HotFile is located in the US I think. I always get amazing speeds from a US server when downloading/uploading.
Thanks,
Tempz.

4-5 mb/s is all I ever get from HF using EU servers. I think we need to try Gigbit servers located in US to get good speeds. I once used a friend's server located in USA and got nearly 40 mb/s on a single file. That was a hell of an expensive server though.

Well, I'm on 100Mbit EU server. Recently, my speed to hotfile is vastly increased. My avg upload speed is around 6-7MB/s if I'm uploading just one file. I can hit 100Mbit almost all the time.

javaddiction.bizThats normal for EU server, you might get a peak of a total of 10-15 MB/s thou on a good day. It is also the same when you upload to EU from US, I got only 5-10 MB/s uploading to Duckload from a US server.
My US server can get me up to 35 MB/s to HF/FS since they are located on US
My EU server can get me up to 30 MB/s to Duckload (EU server)
Oh, and windows is right, HF upload is faster nowadays
