Sborg Problem

i installed the script of sborg 3.5 on my server and when i was transloading the file i got this error

then i opened my cpanel and went at the directory to rectify it but cant find the solution..i saw this file but dont noe how to rectify it..so someone please help me

actually i cant contact somik coz i downloaded the script from the net and installed it in my server...thats why i m asking for help
