Wordpress Theme

I just downloaded a wordpress theme but i am not sure how to install it.
It comes zipped but when i unzip it i get 3 more zip files.

Any ideas how to install it?

Try extracting the Installation Package and follow Instructions,
If it dont have any just upload the template dir to /wp-content/themes

Yeah K3V i tried i come up with errors

what about yoo_wox_wp.zip

I'm assuming the theme is not compatible with the new WP version

I have tried the following:
1) installing just the theme, unzipping the yoo_wox_wp.zip to the theme's dir
2) extracting and replacing the files of the installation_package

but none worked

Also the theme is new made on February 2010 so it should be compatible

Do me a favor, screenshot the contents of both the zip packages, yoo_wox_wp.zip and yoo_wox_installation_package.zip

Sure, btw the error that is on line 244 is

try installing any other theme, it that works, then this theme is corupted or non compatible
