uploading to ftp?

hej guys,

i have been in warez linking for 10 years now, but i have a stupid question. i downloaded wordpress and extracted to my pc then i have edited some things, then i manually uploaded the whole wordpress folder to my website ftp. to make a new website. when the upload was finished i have uploaded same folder again to same ftp, but then with resume option. all files get resummed because the files are already uploaded right? but i see also files which get uploaded now for first time. why? i uploaded same folder 10 minutes ago, why did it not uploaded all files?

make sure you ZIP the folder then just extract it in cpanel or w.e you use and it will extract all files to make sure you dont miss any.
