This is 100% fake, because paypal uses your name in their email. They don't say 'Dear Customer" or something like that.

Never click any links to open paypal. Always open fresh site.

reply to this email, with asking an question! and if they will answer you, then it's not fake!

explanation: because if someone sent you a fake one via php mail() function for example... then he can't get this email which you send.

you will notice that this site used joomla , and most componet of joomla are vulnerable !
and exploitable .


some motherfucker hacked this site and put paypal fake page on this folder below :

components/com_media/assets/paypal.com/cgi-bin/update/

and then this guy send fake page to thousand emails , for hacking paypal accounts .
