I'm interested in PSD 2 Wordpress service. But have a few questions.

Can I see any of your works?
Can you use CSS Sprites for my background images?
How about rounded edges without javascript?
Can I expect you to make a few changes to my PSD at no cost or atleast minimal cost?
Whats the turn around time?

You should really have a portfolio to show these people your work instead of just stating you can do it.

Well you might want to practice and work on a portfolio. You don't want your client's website to be your first coded piece of work.
