Experience : I haven't had too much experience with CentOS specifically, but I've used Ubuntu (Desktop mostly, recently I've been using 10.04 Server).
I've also used WHM, WHMCS and cPanel a bit when a friend of mine had a Alpha Reseller account, also I've installed and configured my own WHMCS in the past to play with.
I have plenty of time to commit as I am off school until the 28th of February and I'm online the majority of the time.
My timezone is GTM+13 so I am online during the night/morning for the U.S..
