I'll be honest with you Eric, if you keep that same attitude your clients will be some kids or uploaders who will take their sites offline or stop paying for the hosting after like 2 months or less.
Most of us are paranoid, and everyone wants to be sure that hosting provider he is buying from is professional enough. And when I say professional enough I mean on the default stuff that one company should have. You expect that kids who will be your clients won't open 5 tickets a day? And request help for some common problems which can be solved via 1min Googling, or some server related problems? Which you can't solve because you aren't a System Administrator. What would you do if you'd had such a problem? You'd post it on StackOverflow and wait for some SysAdmin to help you?

reddit.comIn cases like yours, it is very stupid to have this rule..
It should only apply to new hosting websites..
Plus, i dont even like WHCMS, am i forced to use it when there are much beter ones out there?
Its not the other hosters fault if some people are too stupid to see and recognize suspicious noob-hosts and get scammed.I design free logos. click here.

What? so paying 15 a month will help me answer support questions? because im pretty sure that everyone who does still gets stupid support questions that can be found easy on google. Like i said ive never been asked about WHMCS. i have been asked many things but not that one. If anyone here dont want to use me becouse of that im sorry but i dont see how that makes me a good or bad admin. Im sorry but when i go to a host and they dont even have a site its just some WHMCS install with the default theme to me that makes someone not look liek they know what they are doing, but see i hold that at a different place than some of you, that dont mean i want to pass a rule that everyone has to have a 5 star site to host sites.
