first time I heard of Usershare.net and they are not a new filehost after checking it in alexa.
the only good things I can find are:
- $50 for files above 450MB (Group A only)
- min payout $10
- payment within 3 days (not tested but as what they stated)
- have live chat support

other than that more or less same with other filehosts.

note: they don't allow porn.
